Who Calls Us

Every install is residential. Every install is invisible from the street. Here's who we hear from most.

Detached Homes

Single-family homeowners after a break-in attempt — or wanting to prevent one.

Condo & Townhouse

Ground-floor units and patio doors that backyard burglars target first.

After a Break-In

Same-week response for homeowners replacing broken windows with something that won't break again.

High-Risk Streets

Homes in neighbourhoods seeing repeat break-ins. We install the deterrent that actually works.

Why Security Glass?

Standard Glass Breaks.
Ours Doesn't.

Most residential and commercial glass fails within seconds under a hammer or crowbar. Strikeglass™ security glazing is engineered to hold — buying critical time that prevents entry, deters attackers, and protects what matters most.

  • 10mm reinforced glazing — virtually impossible to smash through quickly
  • No bars, no film, no aesthetic compromise
  • Sealed insulating units for energy efficiency
  • 5-Year Warranty on every installation

People who chose invisible security

Every quote below is a real customer who agreed to be named. Their addresses are kept private; the neighborhood is theirs to share.

We had a break-in attempt three months after install. The damage on the glass is barely visible — they couldn't get in and gave up. Best money we've spent on the house.

Etobicoke homeowner · Installed 2024
Six windows facing the back yard, dark side of the property — used to make me nervous every time we travelled. Three days of work, completely invisible from inside, and I sleep through the night now.
Vikram P.
Markham, ON · Installed 2024
We compared quotes from three security-glass installers in the GTA. 416 was the only one who showed up on time, explained what they were doing, and didn't try to upsell us on stuff we didn't need.

Common questions

Before you book the assessment

The five questions every homeowner asks us. If your question isn't here, just call — we don't gatekeep answers.

Will it look different from regular glass?
No. That's the entire point. Strikeglass™ is completely clear and visually identical to the standard glazing it replaces — no tint, no film, no spider-web pattern when it cracks. The only people who'll know you have it are you, us, and (eventually) the person who tries to break in.
How much does it cost?
It varies by window count, dimensions, and access — a small basement window is dramatically cheaper than a wraparound storefront. We give you a fixed quote after a free on-site assessment; no per-hour surprises. As a rough orientation: most residential whole-home jobs in the GTA fall between $4,000 and $15,000 installed, with smaller targeted jobs (one vulnerable patio door, two ground-floor windows) often under $2,500.
How disruptive is the install?
Most residential installs are 1–2 days for a full home, 2–4 hours for a single problem window or door. We work room-by-room so you can keep living in the house. No demolition, no drywall repair after — we replace the glazing in your existing frames.
What's the warranty?
Five years on the glazing itself against manufacturing defects, separation, or fogging in sealed units. Workmanship is covered for a full year — if anything we installed leaks, rattles, or fails to seal, we fix it free. Your warranty is registered in our system the day of install; you don't need to keep paperwork.
Will my home insurance discount the premium?
Some carriers do, some don't. It depends on your policy and the specific glazing tier we install. We provide a manufacturer's spec sheet and certificate of installation after every job — you submit those to your insurer and they decide. Customers in our database have reported reductions ranging from $0 to ~12% on home premiums; we don't promise it, but the paperwork is free.
